Travel Guidelines for International Travel :-
1. Valid Passport & Visa:
Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date. Apply for the appropriate visa well in advance and carry multiple photocopies of your passport and visa.
2. Travel Insurance:
It’s highly recommended to have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost baggage.
3. Currency & Cards:
Carry a mix of local currency and international debit/credit cards. Inform your bank about international usage to avoid card blocks.
4. Health Precautions & Vaccinations:
Check health advisories for your destination. Carry necessary vaccinations or health certificates if required.
5. Flight & Baggage:
Recheck airline baggage limits and check-in times. Tag your luggage clearly and keep essentials in your hand baggage.
6. International Roaming & SIM Cards:
Activate international roaming or purchase a local SIM card on arrival for affordable communication.
7. Local Laws & Customs:
Respect local culture, dress codes, and laws. Avoid carrying prohibited items and be aware of restricted areas.
8. Emergency Contacts:
Keep a list of important contacts, including your country’s embassy, local emergency numbers, and hotel/transport providers.
9. Documentation:
Keep digital and printed copies of all important documents—passport, visa, insurance, hotel bookings, and flight tickets.
Domestic Travel Package Guidelines:
1. Booking & Confirmation:
All bookings are subject to availability. A package is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance or full payment as per the package terms.
2. Identity Proof:
It is mandatory for all travelers (including children) to carry a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Passport) during travel and check-in at hotels.
3. Hotel Check-In & Check-Out:
Standard check-in is at 12:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM unless stated otherwise. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
4. Transportation:
Vehicle type depends on the group size and package. AC in vehicles may be turned off in hilly areas for safety reasons. Drivers follow a fixed duty schedule and are not available for night services unless included.
5. Meals & Inclusions:
Meals and other inclusions are provided as per the package. Any additional meals or services consumed by the traveler will be chargeable directly.
6. Itinerary Changes:
The itinerary is fixed but may be altered due to weather, local events, or unforeseen conditions. We strive to offer a similar or better alternative if changes are necessary.
7. Cancellations & Refunds: Please refer to the Cancellation & Refund policy section in our website.
8. Travel Safety:
Travelers are advised to follow all local guidelines, especially in wildlife or hilly areas. Always carry basic medications, and avoid risky areas after dark.
9. Luggage Responsibility:
Travelers are responsible for their own luggage and belongings. We are not liable for lost or stolen items during the trip.
When visiting hilly or offbeat destinations, it’s important to carry enough cash. ATM availability may be limited, and many local businesses—including homestays, roadside eateries, and shops—may not accept debit or credit cards. To avoid inconvenience, withdraw sufficient cash from a reliable ATM in a major town before heading into remote areas
